Yes, it's the last episde of South Park season 13.

AND IT WAS THE MOST HARDCORE DISGUSTING EPISODE FROM SEASON 13 !!!
All I could know about this episode is that..

1.Stan wasn't a clean boy as I respected
2.Kyle is the one who's so clean (I didn't knew cause he likes Mr. Hankey orz)
3.THIS EPISODE IS SO.. POOR KYLE AND RANDY JESUS CHRIST

I really didn't liked this episode, I liked all the episode from season 13, except this one. (The best was 1309 and 1311)
